Fee structure:  Individual, family and marital therapy sessions will be billed at a rate of $150.00 per 45 minute session.  60 minute sessions will be billed at a rate of $175.00. Payment is due at the time of your session. Payment can be made with cash, credit card or by check. 

If we (an individual client and myself) determine in advance that a longer session would be therapeutically beneficial, this additional time will be billed in half hour increments at $50.00 per half hour.  If your situation warrants that  additional or excessive time be spent for coordination of care, professional consultations, or extended phone contacts, these will be billed in fifteen minute increments at a rate of $25.00 per fifteen minute increment, as well.

Sliding fee scales are available on a case by case basis for clients with financial hardships.

I accept most major health insurances,(and some employee assistance programs) including but not limited to Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Behavioral Health,  Great West, Value Options, Cigna and Anthem.  Copays are due at the time of service, payable by cash,credit card or check.  As a courtesy, I will bill your insurance for you. You may review the financial agreement for complete information regarding insurance coverage and payments.

I also participate in several EAP networks, however I only see EAP clients  virtually.
